Device compatibility in the UAE
Most major smart home brands sold locally, including the ones in our own product lineup, support both ecosystems, so device choice usually isn't the deciding factor anymore. Worth double-checking on a specific product page before buying if you already have one ecosystem set up.
What actually differs day to day
Google Assistant tends to handle natural, conversational requests and general questions a little better. Alexa has a larger third-party skill library and slightly broader routine customization. If you already use Android phones and Google services daily, that ecosystem tends to feel more integrated; the same is true for Alexa if you're already using Amazon devices and services.
