We work directly in homes across Dubai and Sharjah, not through a call center. Every visit is done by a technician who has actually been trained on the systems installed that day, whether that's a mesh WiFi network, a camera system, or a full smart home setup.

How we work
Every technician who visits your home is trained on the specific systems we install and support, and is background checked before they're sent to a client's home. We don't subcontract visits out to whoever is available that day.
Pricing is quoted before we start, not after. If a job turns out to need more than expected, we tell you before doing the extra work, not on the invoice at the end.
We sell and support the same hardware we'd install in our own homes: mesh WiFi systems, IP cameras, video doorbells, and network storage from brands we trust, backed by the same technician who set it up.
