• Details about the service you're requesting and your general location (e.g. Dubai Marina, Al Barsha)
• Messages you send us via our contact form, WhatsApp, or email

We do not collect payment card details through our website. Payment for services is handled directly with your technician.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your booking request and schedule a technician visit
• To contact you about the status of a service request
• To improve our services and respond to feedback

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-party services

Our contact form is handled by our website hosting provider. If you message us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We link to WhatsApp for convenience but don't control how WhatsApp itself handles your data.

Our website may use basic cookies required for the site to function correctly (for example, remembering your theme preference). We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and to maintain records of past service visits, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
