1. Acceptance of terms
By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please contact us before booking.
2. Our services
SAS4HomeIT provides in-home technology services in Dubai and Sharjah, including WiFi setup, CCTV and security installation, smart home automation, computer repair, printer and software support, home office setup, intercom and access systems, and general IT support.
3. Bookings and scheduling
Bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, or by phone are confirmed once a technician and time window are agreed. Same-day availability is offered where possible but isn't guaranteed for every request. We'll always confirm a realistic time window before your visit.
4. Pricing and payment
Where possible, we provide a price estimate before starting work. If the scope of a job changes once a technician is on-site (for example, additional wiring or hardware is required), we'll let you know and get your approval before continuing. Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Product prices for hardware we sell (routers, cameras, doorbells, network storage, etc.) are quoted separately from labor.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the time slot to another client.
6. Warranties
Hardware we sell is covered by its manufacturer warranty. Our installation and setup work is covered by a reasonable workmanship guarantee; if something we installed stops working correctly shortly after a visit due to our work, contact us and we'll make it right. This does not cover damage caused by factors outside our work, such as power surges, third-party changes to the setup, or normal hardware failure covered by the manufacturer.
7. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care on every visit, but we are not liable for pre-existing issues with your home network, wiring, or devices that we did not cause. Our liability for any claim relating to a service we provided is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
8. Website use
This website and its content (text, images, and design) belong to SAS4HomeIT and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree to use this website only for its intended purpose of learning about and booking our services.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
